Negotiation of 9 hotel management contracts in different Chilean cities

• The project consisted in, together with a group of auditors with hotel experience, reviewing clauses and conditions that impacted fees that the chain receives
• Various financial analyses were carried out on the operational behaviour of the hotel: occupation, remunerations, and complete operational flows
• The chain accepted the revision of the contract and the improvement of the conditions for the owner to achieve greater equity in the distribution of profits, in accordance with the performance of the business.
