Overview

Horwath HTL was the company selected to execute the feasibility study of two 5-star resort hotels and branded residences in the western part of Baja California Sur, near the Los Cabos corridor. Horwath HTL had to carry out the market analysis with comparable 5-star resort hotels and branded residences in the Los Cabos corridor. The results of this project allowed the investor to get closer to various 5-star and luxury hotel brands, which have shown great interest in the master plan project. Likewise, hotel brands showed great interest in developing luxury residences within the project. Finally, this study has allowed the developer to have access to financing sources for the development of the Mater Plan.
