Overview
- The project consisted in redesign the hotel and mixed-use project of the building over the famous Brahma Bar, of 8,700 sqm into a hotel, with different possible configurations in São Paulo downtown, Brazil.
- Besides the Concept Design, we addressed the architects’ team to obtain different options of internal layout of rooms, restaurants and service areas.
- Also, the complete economic model of the investment was made considering different configurations: (1) 4* hotel, (2) 3* hotel, and (3) 3* hotel + with co-work space and Beer Experience Center.
