Development Plan for Economic Hotels for the network of YPF Petrol Stations in Argentina

• The project consisted of carrying out an analysis on the development of tourism in Argentina. From there, make a series of recommendations for the construction of various hotels on land corresponding to YPF service stations.
• A diagnosis was made of the demand in the current and potential hotel market, taking into account the competitive advantages offered by YPF’s positions in terms of locations.
• The interdisciplinary team led by Horwath HTL carried out various projections and analyzes of financial and economic indicators, to indicate the possible future functionality of the hotel business.
