- The project consisted in analyzed the feasibility of convert the San Benito Abbey into a luxury hotel themed in culture and art, in the city of Buenos Aires, Argentina
- Besides the Concept Design, we addressed the architects’ team to obtain different options of internal layout of rooms, restaurants and service areas.
- Also, the complete economic model of the investment was made considering a configuration for a 5* international theme hotel (culture and art).
