Concept Design of a Hotel inside WTorre Morumbi – São Paulo, Brazil

Overview

• The project consisted of inserting a hotel occupying 17,000 sqm of the WTorre Morumbi Building in Sâo Paulo, Brazil, as well as 6,000 sqm of restaurants and convention centre of the complex.
• Besides the Concept Design, we addressed the architects’ team to obtain different options of internal layout of rooms, restaurants and service areas.
• Also, the complete economic model of the investment was made considering different configurations: (1) Hotel complex with 3 hotels (5* luxury, 5* and 4*), (2) International luxury hotel and (3) Lifestyle hotel.
