Overview
- The project consisted of developing a hotel in the entirety of this important building on Av. Paulista.
- In addition to the conceptual design, we coordinated the team of architects to obtain different internal layout options for homes, restaurants and event areas
- The complete economic model of the retrofit was also carried out, considering different configurations: (1) 3 * international hotel, (2) 5 * international hotel.
