- The project consisted in defining the conceptual design of the business units to be developed in a land located in the central area of Nordelta, Buenos Aires, Argentina.
- After carrying out the market opportunities analysis, a mixed-use project has been defined, consisting of a 5* hotel (80 rooms) + events area (700 sqm), residences (40 units) and commercial area. The project includes restaurant, bar, SPA and wellness area, parking space.
- A complete economic model of the investment was made considering the proposed configuration.
- The following brands participated directly in the process: Melia, Marriott, Radisson, InterContinental.
