Overview

Horwath HTL was the company selected to analyze the feasibility of two international Business Class branded hotels in the City of Guadalajara. For this, Horwath HTL México undertook the task of identifying the supply, demand and REVPAR of Business Class Hotels in the City of Guadalajara. The results also made it possible to identify a growing market niche for business and conference travellers. Likewise, the study identified a good return on investment for the new Business Class hotels through the technique of discounting flows at net present value. The study also allowed developers to have access to financing sources for the development of both hotels.
