Conceptualization for Hotel Pole and Integrated Events Center for the new urban development “Nueva Santa Cruz”, Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia

• The project consisted of conducting a market research of the hotel, leisure and restaurant sectors in the project’s area of direct influence.
• The new city under development was also studied in depth to capture its philosophy and guiding principles.
• Horwath HTL team proposed conceptual alternatives for the development of various accommodation formats that synergize with the project concept.
• The client chose the so-called “Hotel Polo”, including a Bed and Breakfast format, 3, 4 and 5 * hotels, and a High-tech Events Center fully integrated with the rest of the complex.
• The Economic Model of each alternative and comparative tables of all the options considered were carried out.
