Overview
- The service consisted of Valuation, technical visits to understand the buildings situation, evaluation of contracts and performance of hotels in operation and in a pipeline.
- The hotels are located in 21 Brazilian cities, and we proposed a 10-years Business Plan, and also the design of the Operational Platform and management strategy.
- We also provided advisory services for the development of new projects, as well as for the maintenance of current contracts.
- Our client ended up acquiring the company that owned the Portfolio and established itself in Brazil in 2018.
