Conceptualization for Mixed-Use Project in one of the most emblematic historic buildings of Buenos Aires, Argentina

• The project consisted of conducting a study of the hotel, office, leisure and restaurant markets in the project’s area of direct influence.
• An architectural study was also carried out to assess the potential of the total areas of the building, which has several office towers and general services.
• The interdisciplinary team led by Horwath HTL proposed conceptual alternatives for the relaunch of the historic building and its towers, including the Economic Model of the investment, the identification of interesting brands and a guide to the business plan to implement it.
