About

Diana Desirello is Supervisor of the Crowe Argentina group, having under her responsibility the Analysis of Bids and Contracts with the Public Sector, both National and International.

As a fundamental contribution to the objectives of the organization, her responsibility is focused on detecting business opportunities for Crowe Argentina and Horwath HTL Argentina, seeking the expansion of the Project Portfolio in areas such as Tourism, Sustainability, Business Intelligence, IT, Human Resources, etc.

Diana leads the planning and co-ordination of activities aimed at achieving successful cases of presentation of Commercial Opportunities generated from calls for Bids and carries out the supervision, support and distribution of the requested technical activities and their interfaces with other management areas of the Company; risk analysis; review and compliance with the terms of reference; clear recommendations to Management on its presentation, and monitoring of the award processes.

Diana guarantees that the presentation of commercial proposals to business calls and tenders are carried out in their entirety with the required quality and in a timely manner, through the training and coordination of the interdisciplinary teams involved and the review and control of deliverable products.

Currently, among other projects, Diana is leading the joint team of Horwath HTL Argentina with Horwath HTL Brazil in the Prodetur Salvador Project 'Elaboration of the Strategic Plan for Tourism Marketing in Salvador'

Diana also collaborates as a volunteer in the Association of Entrepreneurs of Argentina (ASEA) in the Aid Program for SMEs in times of Pandemic for the Project #We come out side by side, which proposes to connect volunteers with knowledge in business strategy, communication and design, between others, with those businesses that are in difficulties as a result of the quarantine.
